    Meta Product Manager - Compromised Accounts in London , United Kingdom

    Summary:

    Protecting users and businesses from being hacked, and addressing the pain and loss it leads to, is one of the highest impact roles in integrity. You'll work with key executives in FB, IG and Monetization, while collaborating closely with teams across XI and MFT.The space is both highly tangible (everyone knows someone who has been impacted) while also being deeply technical.You'll work on products that impact billions of users, through to complex features for our largest advertisers.The team currently has 6 PMs. The area is growing fast with new hires in Eng and XFN expected across the next 12 months.

    Required Skills:

    Product Manager - Compromised Accounts Responsibilities:

    Lead a team of high-performing product managers, engineers, and XFN addressing Compromise within Integrity

    Support and grow the people in your team, and demonstrate the ability to hire/grow/retain senior people in the org

    Help to shape the future vision of the organization, thinking about scalable structure, cultural elements, and processes to allow for healthy growth towards that vision

    Collaborate with cross-functional partners in other organizations, while also displaying the ability to "show up senior" in frequent executive forums

    Lead work to drive a significant progress towards a $2bn revenue improvement opportunity, ensuring you have a strategy, partner support, and resources to do so

    Navigate complex, high-pressure situations, appropriately manage what to shoulder vs. delegate, receive and transmit top-down urgency, and build confidence within your organization and the product management team.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years of formal people management experience

    Direct work experience with AI/ML and/or scaled systems

    Experience collaborating and bringing larger groups along to execute complex cross-team projects

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience operating at different altitudes - from providing limited guardrails for products on good trajectories to getting their hands dirty and rolling up their sleeves on newer/more complicated efforts
