Are you ready to step into a dynamic position at the intersection of tax compliance and advisory? Our client is seeking Senior Managers across the UK to work within their clients and hence play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to their clients.
The Role:
nAs a Senior Manager in the hybrid in-house tax compliance and advisory role, you'll act as a strategic partner to clients' in-house tax and finance teams
Your responsibilities will include:
nManaging day-to-day tax matters for a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary contact.nProactively engaging with key client stakeholders to discuss new projects, updates, and technical changes.nIdentifying and addressing tax risks, opportunities, and challenges with practical, business-specific recommendations.nProviding expert guidance on tax technical queries, compliance obligations, and tax reporting.nOverseeing all aspects of tax projects, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.nLeading and mentoring a team of junior staff, fostering their development and growth.nContributing to the growth and profitability of our practice through new business development and client relationship management.

Essential Skills and Experience:
nStrong UK corporate tax skills with a proven track record of success.nPreferably hold an accountancy or tax professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent) or demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills.nA client-service ethos with flexibility to adapt to diverse client needs.nExceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders and senior client personnel.nAbility to drive new business through referrals, networking, and client opportunity identification.nEffective delegation skills and a commitment to coaching junior staff.
