Restaurant Supervisor
Search are currently seeking a fine dining restaurant supervisor for a luxury hotel in East Grinstead.

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing service and ensuring guests have the best experience.

The role providesthe versatility to work within other F&B outlets including afternoon tea lounges, bar, terrace, brasseries and conference & banqueting.

This is a full time role at 40 hours a week. £23,000 per annum plus generous service charge (approx. £2880 per annum)


Fine Dining Restaurant Supervisor Key Attributes:

  • Have enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food, drinks and people.
  • Have excellent customer care skills and attention to detail
  • Supervisory experience within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team
  • Good time management and the ability to remain calm under pressure
