Third Square is partnering with an International technology company specialising in the Energy sector.

The Finance Director is currently searching for a
German speaking qualified Accountant to take accountability for all aspects of local GAAP and tax reporting / filling for the assigned European entities.


The role will be responsible for the financial statements and analysis are accurate and completed in-line with Corporate's timetable / guidelines (local GAAP).

Complete quality, accurate and detailed balance sheet bridge reconciliations from US to localGAAP for director review / approval at least quarterly.

Primary interface for external audits, ensuring compliance with AE's global standards and policies. Manage the timely and efficient resolution of queries.
Ensuring all statutory filings are accurateand timely. Review the filings prior to director approval to ensure they are of a standard ready for filing.
