Third Square are very excited to be partnering with this exciting business within the Music Industry.


Due to continued growth the CFO is now looking for an exceptional Financial Controller who will be responsible for running all of the day-to-day operations of the Finance Team.


Responsibilities

  • Owning, implementing and delivering accurate financial data through a passion for numbers and being data driven
  • Being detailed oriented and eager to implement and deliver process improvements
  • Consistently acting in a logical, analytical and meticulous manner whilst leading others to follow suit
  • Onboarding or mentoring of the Finance team leading to an overall higher performing team
  • Relied upon to be a trusted problem solver, capable of leading the resolution of critical processes or incidents
  • Clear and concise communication across all levels of the organisation with an ability to spot and analyse trends
  • Enthusiastically engage with the team, LT and other stakeholders/department heads/leaders of initiatives where they're best placed to help and bringing about positive change from their involvement
  • Ability to identify and address existing gaps and monitoring of processes/systems whilst independently managing escalations

Skills & Knowledge

  • Minimum 2 years years experience working at FC level, preferably within the music industry
  • Experience of managing and developing a Finance team
  • Strong reporting, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • High level of integrity, detail oriented, organised and with solid written / verbal communication skills
  • Experience of presenting financial results to leadership / the board
