Third Square are excited to be partnering with this unique business focused within the Arts & Entertainment space.


Management Accountant - £45,000 - £50,000 plus study support and 8% pension.


Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Management Accountant will build relationships across the company to enable business partnering, supporting decision-making through analysis and contributing to the overall mission, vision and values of the business.

The Finance Manager is looking for a business minded Part Qualified/Finalist/Newly Qualifed Management Accountant.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Newly qualified or training towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1year experience of management accounting and reporting processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present numbers to non
- financial colleagues

  • A team player with a flexible, "can do" attitude, taking initiative to solve problems
  • Strong organisational skills; able to manage a varied workload, able to work independently and prioritise tasks.
  • Having a "continuous improvement" mind set, questioning processes and investigating better ways of working within the role
  • Highly motivated, with the willingness to get more involved as time will allow
  • Working knowledge of accounting software packages
  • Intermediate Excel skills (SUMIF, LOOKUP, Pivot tables)
