We are looking for experienced female Support Workers to work at a small residential home in Whitchurch, initially supporting one young lady with learning disability and mental health needs.

We want people who are caring, empathetic, enthusiastic, flexible, keen to learn and develop their own skills and who work well as part of a team.


As well as helping with personal care as necessary (washing, dressing, toileting, etc) you will be supporting this young person to carry out activities both in and outside of the home, e.g.

cooking, cleaning, shopping, days out, leisure activities all in line with their abilities and interests.

Note it is an occupational requirement for this role that we hire female staff. It is a legal requirement that staff in this role must be over the age of 21.


We are preferably looking for people with experience in a similar role, we will provide full training and staff development.

A driving licence would be useful, and passion and commitment are essential.
