In this position, you will take charge of the website's appearance and functionality, overseeing the testing program to ensure continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include user research, designing and implementing new features to enhance the customer experience and boost conversions. Collaboration with senior stakeholders is crucial to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Work with the team to share insights and conduct workshops
• Prioritize initiatives across the website
• Manage a CRO roadmap
• Oversee multiple experiments
• Collaborate with Brand and Development teams for experiment design and testing
• Conduct a/b tests on various website functions
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Candidate Criteria:

• Prior experience in a similar role focusing on ecommerce experimentation
• Proven success in previous positions
• Debugging experiment experience
• Proficiency in experimentation statistics
• Running personalization experiments
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools
• Reporting metrics daily
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated and autonomous
