    Package - £23K-25K basic salary + commission + incentives (Year 1 OTE £35K, Year 2 OTE £50K, Year 3 OTE £80K).

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in Manchester within a well-established company, famous for working with the best software vendors on the planet. They aim to be the number one recruiter for IT Sales & IT Technical teams for fast-growth Software & Technology Companies.

    The current headcount is 50, talented recruiters across 3 offices, they have huge growth plans and are now looking for their next high performers to build out their new Manchester team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
    • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
    • Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
    • Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
    • Managing your candidate database.
    • Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
