Reed is delighted to be supporting a well-respected business in Peterhead looking for a Finance Assistant to join the organisation for an immediate start.
The organisation are offering a 12 months fixed term contract to support the organisation through aperiod of growth.
The role would see you working alongside a diverse team of finance and administrative staff in ensuring the teams tasks and targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices via the purchase and sales ledger
- Overseeing nominal ledger
- Posting journals
- Assisting with the monthly management accounts
- Supporting the finance manager with ad hoc duties
- Ability to manage multiple workloads
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience using Sage packages
- Experience using MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills
