ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
LONDON BASED,

HYBRID WORKING

PERMANENT SALARY:
£30,000 - £40,000

The Opportunity:
An international investment company is looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and motivated individual. You will be working with a diverse array of colleagues and will receive imperative knowledge in this finance sector.

The role is to report in to the FinanceManager, supporting the business with an array of management accounting processes and taking full responsibility for a portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver financial reports for a portfolio of clients.
Liaise and assist with external auditors to support with queries.
Owning processes such as, reconciliations, balance sheets and standard processes for monthend as well as reviewing the work of the other members of the team.
Taking ownership of the yearend reporting including consolidation of various groups across the portfolios
Communication with tax advisors for the portfolio's corporate tax affairs.
Analysing portfolio companies to convey and present the performance KPIs to management and the wider business
Liaising with the technical, operations and data teams to provide commentary on the portfolio's performance.
Indepth knowledge and understanding of the assets, their performance and how events can affect them.
