My client is a small but established
Financial Services provider based in
Birmingham.

Due to the continued success of the organisation and expansion of the Quality Assurance team they are currently recruiting for a
Quality Assurance Auditor.

Reporting the the Head of Quality Assurance your main responsibilities will include;

Supported and maintain an uptodate knowledge of quality methodologies and appropriate regulatory developments
Support in the development and delivery of training for all colleagues across the business
Act as an ambassador in promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business
Develop and support every aspect of an internal audit quality system
Conduct quality audits, delivering against a defined audit plan
Review and approve quality documentation
Provide clear and concise reporting to key stakeholders
Take the lead on 1st line ISO assurance/reaccreditation audits
Work with management to implement quality assurance control measures and testing standards
Identify areas for process improvements and make recommendations
Gather customer and client feedback from customer facing teams
Work with product and project stakeholders to scope the required tests and design the test strategy

You will be a
Quality Assurance professional with a minimum of 2 years experience. You will have worked in
Financial Services, Healthcare or Local Government. My client offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

Remote/Hybrid working - 1-2 days a month in the office

Salary:
£34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
