My client is a small and established
Bank based in
Birmingham City Centre. Due to the continued growth of the business and subsequent expansion of the Customer Fulfillment team they are currently recruiting for an
Account Opening Officer.

Reporting into the KYC Team Lead your main responsibilities will include;

Completion of daily tasks relating to
Business Account Opening:
You will be responsible for accurately processing
New Account Applications in a timely manner
Processing
New Account Applications and collating and evaluating KYC information provided
Contact the customer directly where required or needed to ensure timely return of KYC information to progress with account opening
Working closely and collaboratively with Relationship managers and Commercial banking Officers
Ensuring risk controls are met at all times
Communicate with customers with speed, ease, certainty and empathy on the telephone, in writing and face to face as required

You will be a Banking professional with 12-18 months experience of opening
Business Bank Accounts. My client offers a competitive salary and benefits package and scope to work in a hybrid capacity.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
