    Description
    At Guider, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our clients successfully integrate and find continual value in our solutions.

    As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for any post-sales concerns.

    You will become an expert in Mentoring and Learning & Development and become your clients' sounding board on these topics.


    Responsibilities and Duties:
    Work tirelessly to increase the value of our solutions to our customers.

    Reducing Time To Value (TTV) will eb a key metric for this role's success.nOnboard new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to ongoing account management.nDevelop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately enhancing customer lifetime value.nWork closely with clients to identify their business needs and challenges and ensure that our solution meets their business goals.nProvide insightful product feedback from clients to the product development teams.nRegularly monitor customer health metrics, prepare QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and conduct regular check-ins.nIdentify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio.nCollaborate with the support team to address customer issues promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


    Qualifications and Experience:


    2+ years of experience in a customer success role within a SaaS environment.nStrong understanding of customer success principles, practices, and metrics.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.nProven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.nExperience with CRM software and digital tools.

    nExperience with Learning and Development, or working with Enterprise clients, an advantage
