    Talent Agent

    Office Based - London

    Handle Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a leading entertainment and talent agency, who are looking to grow their team and bring on an experienced Talent Agent.

    With an unmatched reputation for sculpting and nurturing talent, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a legendary agency

    As an Agent with us, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of entertainment. Other key responsibilities will include:

    • Managing and representing international TV, Theatre, and Film acting talent in the UK and US, including contract drafting and negotiation of contract terms.
    • Building relationships with industry professionals and maintaining daily contact with casting directors and producers.
    • Attending industry events with and without clients.
    • Managing Assistants.
    • Scouting, signing, and retaining clients all the while promoting and representing the agency.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Excellent organisational skills.
    • Enthusiasm, dedication, warmth, and energy.
    • Great team player.Top of Form
