- Manage a team of 7 Sales Executives, 2 Transaction Managers, plus admin support
- Inspire and drive the team to achieve sales targets on vehicles, finance, and insurance products
- Interact with customers face-to-face and through phone and email
- Promote vehicles and services both at the dealership and online
- Maintain consistently high customer satisfaction index scores
- Handle customer complaints efficiently
- Develop finance proposals for customers
- Prior experience as a sales leader in the automotive industry
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to reach goals
- Professional and composed demeanor
- Prestige Company vehicle (CBS Scheme)
