A fantastic opportunity for an Internal Sales Assistant to join our long established client in Aberdeen on a full time, permanent basis to assist in sales and administration duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in raising of sales quotes
- Processing internal sales enquiries
- Check stock database for availability of spares
- Filing of administration documentation and maintenance of job files
- Assist and check Client PO data
- Maintenance of customer enquiries log
- Monitoring of purchase intake log
- Liasing with USA office for prices and availability for client enquiries
- Equipment & spares expediting
- Experience in a similar position would be an advantage
