We are seeking a nurse to join our dedicated clinical team and become an integral part of the clinical decision-making process in our care homes. The position is available at our stunning home, Fernhill located near Longham in Ferndown, Dorset .

They are regular visitors to our homes offering guidance and support where needed. About You
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and sound judgment. Excellent communication skills and a positive "can-do" attitude are essential. You should be a team player, detail-oriented, and have a sense of fun.
You should also have experience promoting best practices in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care, and other crucial clinical interventions.
