HR Policy & Project Manager - 2 year fixed term / secondment
Would you like to lead impactful initiatives that drive organisational success? Are you passionate about shaping the culture of an organisation through its people policies and projects? We are seeking dynamic and experienced HR Policy & Project Managers to play a key role in the development, review and implementation of HR policies and key strategic projects aligned with the Council's Corporate Plan and emerging HR Workforce strategy.

You will be CIPD qualified or have extensive policy and/or employee relations experience; with excellent written, verbal and critical thinking skills. You should have proven project management experience and be skilled at working with a wide variety of stakeholders and senior managers to influence decision making.
As an HR Policy & Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and key strategic projects. Working closely with senior management, you will shape our HR policies to align with our corporate plan and workforce strategy, ensuring they promote a culture of high performance and employee empowerment.
