Position:
BMJ Technology Support Agent
Contract:
Fixed Term Contract - 1 year Maternity Cover (Full Time)
Salary:
£35,000 per annum
Location:
BMA House, London - UK (Hybrid)
Application Closing Date: 1st September 2023
Post holder will be working from BMA House 2 to 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Managing user accounts, troubleshooting reported issues, advising on use/best practice, account administration
- Assisting with GDPR discovery and Data Subject Access requests
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience of working on a technical support helpdesk
- Written and spoken English to a good standard
- Good standard of IT literacy
- ITIL qualification an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage a varied workload in line with SLA's and targets
