The Opportunity
As a pivotal member of our team, you'll step into the role of Deal Structurer, reporting directly to the Deal Structuring Manager.
You will be responsible for the tendering, structuring, negotiation, and execution of high-value contracts for EDF's major industrial, commercial, and public sector customers and potential prospects.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Large Business sales teams to bolster the Energy Solutions Business (EBS) organisation by delivering top-tier commercial tender submissions.
This role necessitates adept management of internal governance and policies, including close collaboration with pertinent teams such as Pricing, Legal, and Credit, to oversee contracting activities and provide ongoing contract management post-sale.
Initially focused on selected opportunities within the import electricity sector, the role is poised to evolve, encompassing support for structuring opportunities with an expanded emphasis on export and distributed generation.
Who you are
We're looking for a commercially astute individual with robust analytical skills to evaluate the benefits, costs, and risks associated with our current and prospective contracts.
You'll need to have exceptional organisational abilities to manage the influx of tenders across various stages of the sales pipeline efficiently and a keen eye for detail and commitment to results will be pivotal in identifying avenues for value creation and seizing opportunities within our market landscape.
