Faculty Administrator - Maths & English to join our
English and Maths department at our
Twelve Quays Campus for
35 hours per week.

About the Job

To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Maths and English department, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the department's day-to-day activities. The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in managing departmental records, coordinating events, and supporting staff outside of the classroom environment. This includes but is not limited to; updating departmental spreadsheets, record meetings and produce minutes for the department, word process documents as required, contribute to the coordination of quality documentation, ordering and monitoring supplies, and liaising with both the Student Services & Finance teams.

About You

Minimum Level 2 English/Literacy qualification

Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment

Ability to communicate with a wide range of people (students, parents/carers) and develop effective working relationships

Functional ICT and administrative skills and proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook

Recognise and be prepared to work within a changing environment (flexible, willing and able to work under pressure)
