Job DescriptionBrilliant opportunity to join the IT systems team with my expanding manufacturing client, based in Fife.
With their Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP solution at the heart of their business processes/ IT, the company are looking to expand their team in support of a host of interesting, innovative projects planned for the coming years.
This will involve a full upgrade process of their ERP system to a new product. If you have prior experience supporting ERP business systems, and seeking a fresh challenge to build on your skills in a like minded, team environment, this could be the role for you Role & Responsibilities Day to day support of my clients Microsoft Dynamics/ ERP systems (1st/ 2nd line)Functional analysis of requirements for new projects/ developments
Install, config, testing of new system advancements
SQL/ SSRS reporting
User training and go-live supportSkills & Qualifications Proven experience in ERP or CRM systems support analysis (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics CRM)
Strong end to end support skill set - able to analyse, troubleshoot support issues to resolution
Experience across functional project life cycle tasks (analysis, config, testing, training)
SQL/ SSRS/ Power BI skills - preferable, not essential
Understanding of manufacturing/ supply chain processes - preferable, not essential
Excellent communication/ stakeholder & user engagement skillsLocation My client operates to a hybrid work policy, with a blend of home working and weekly on-site time in modern Dunfermline offices.
