£20,000 - £21,000 per annum

We're looking for a
Corporate Receptionist/Adminstrative Assistant to coordinate the operations of our aesthetics distribution business. We're an expanding company and we need your organisation to help us manage our growth.


You'll be a confident person who will have no trouble communicating with your friendly, supportive, and expanding team and carrying out administrative duties.


Responsibilities of a Corporate Receptionist/Adminstrative Assistant:

  • Answering the phone, forwarding calls and taking messages
  • all with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Undertaking photocopying, scanning and printing of business documents
  • Using your excellent organisation skills to help innovate our filing systems
  • Franking the post and having it ready for collection at the end of the day
  • Making drinks for staff and visitors
  • Ordering office supplies when needed
  • Embrace our growth, being proactive in taking on ad hoc duties as they arise
  • A growth mindset as the business grows, our team grows with us
  • Able to communicate effectively with our energetic team and external contacts
  • High attention to detail, always striving to be the very best
  • Strong organisation skills, being proactive in finding new ways to be more efficient and effective
  • Punctual and maintain high standards of professionalism
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times

Salary:
£20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Newry and Mourne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
