**Sales Team Manager - Halifax (HX3)
£35,000 to £45,000 DOE + uncapped commission
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours)**

The Company
Due to expansion, our client is looking for a Sales Team Manager to join their new, developing team. Our client is well-known in their industry an has recently ranked in Sunday Time's Top 100 fastest growing business, making it a fantastic time to join thisprogressive company


You will be providing the support to the team and ensure the growth of the business through sales and retention.


Duties

  • Ensuring customer service standards are met
  • Reporting including: customer satisfaction, productivity, sales, retention, and quality
  • Developing the team and providing support to advisors
  • Ensuring the team know how to drive customer service by inspiring and motivating them to succeed
  • Suggest and develop improvements to customer experiences
  • Identifying and solving current or emerging risks that may have a negative impact on customers' experience
  • Building strong relationship with your immediate and external teams across the business
  • Build a culture of high performance
  • KPI, Coaching and performance management
  • Regular 121s
  • Recognise key stakeholders in the change process and engage with them as required to management change and any associated risks
  • Responsible for developing business ideas and opportunities for growth by identifying new and original sales and retention strategies
  • Contribute to the leadership team by putting forward business ideas and sharing insights in order to aid the development of business plans

Requirements:


  • MUST have previous management experience within the energy sector
  • Proven experience in management
  • Experience of managing and achieving KPIs
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and organise work load
  • Be able to motivate a team
