- To be the customer main point of contact on all service work
- Raise job cards for technicians and consult with the workshop for all work required to be carried out, giving details for expected completion dates
- Responsible for sending out MOT and service reminders to all customers
- To maintain the integrity of data on the DMS
- Scheduling service work to be completed in a timely manner
- Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
- Tracking vehicles through the workshop
- The ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand
- Previous experience working as a Service Advisor for a car dealership
- Technical Understanding of vehicles and all components
- Qualification in the automotive field would be desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence
