We are currently seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our expanding team in Newcastle. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships, providing expert insurance solutions, and contributing to the growth and success of our commercial lines business.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
Strategic Consultation: Analyse client requirements, assess risks, and recommend tailored insurance solutions to meet their business objectives.
Sales Excellence: Drive business growth through effective sales strategies, meeting and exceeding targets, and contributing to the success of the team.
Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice and stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
