Are you an experienced Audit and Accounts professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a prestigious Top 30 Accountancy Practice based in Norwich, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an Audit and Accounts Senior.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established firm that offers career progression, a supportive work environment, and a competitive salary package.
Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.Prepare and review statutory accounts and financial statements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Conduct comprehensive audit planning, risk assessment, and budgeting.
Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients, contributing to their business growth and financial performance.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and support as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, accounting regulations, and changes in auditing standards.
ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with significant experience in an accountancy practice environment.
Proven experience in leading and managing audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (UK GAAP) and auditing standards (ISA).
Excellent understanding of financial reporting and statutory requirements.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
