Job Purpose


Managing all UK social media channels and campaigns, working closely with our creative agency and Digital Marketing Manager (EMEA) to sustain an engaging audience experience and to raise product and brand awareness.

Researching and analysing social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.

Working with various internal stakeholders to promote company news through social media channels.


Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Management of the social media channels to ensure execution on UK social media platforms against agreed strategies:
  • Day-to-day management of UK social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Develop content calendars for each channel that drive engagement and acquire new membership through paid, earned and owned activities
  • Facilitate the production and scheduling of engaging social content, including videos and graphics in line with brand guidelines
  • Ensure any engagements are effectively managed in a timely manner and escalated as appropriate
  • Engage with internal stakeholders on company news for social media
  • Observe activity from our sales team and share content where applicable
  • Monitor competitor and industry lookalikes' content and report on findings
  • Facilitate competition entries and organise and dispatch prizes
  • Produce monthly reports to analyse performance, highlight significant findings and areas of improvement
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager (EMEA) to share best practice with the local marketing teams in Continental Europe
  • Marketingbased degree and experience in a Digital Marketing role desirable
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling platforms desirable
  • Google Analytics and CMS experience desirable
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Solid understanding of the relationship between content and customer experience
  • Good project management skills, delivering projects on time and in budget
  • Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to selfmotivate and work in crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to innovate and bring insight and new thinking to the team
  • Proactivity and creativity when responding to briefs and pursuing growth opportunities
