Retail Sales Associates are important ambassadors to our team, at the front lines in our mission to provide world-class service to our customers.


You'll be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organised and clean sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly store environment.
  • Process customer payments and handle returns.
  • Assist with inventory management.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of store policies and procedures.
  • Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 18 per week


Salary:
£10.62-£12.50 per hour

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
