Note:
This role would be for our London branch.

Responsibilities:


  • Hitting sales targets.
  • Maintaining product knowledge.
  • Responding to customer needs/answering questions/helping customers.
  • Processing transactions and sales.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
  • Stay up to date on product information and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction.

Requirements and skills:


  • Proven experience in sales or other customer service/sales role.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems and databases.
  • Able to balance a customeroriented and a resultsdriven environment.
  • Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 18 per week


Salary:
£10.92-£13.00 per hour
