Description
The Sales Internship is designed for students studying or those aspiring towards a career in business management, business administration, project management, sales or marketing.
Students will gain knowledge and experience in business expansion & growth, increasing revenues and profits, SEO, and online marketing.You will work under the guidance of the Director to develop existing business processes and implement new projects.
You will assist in all areas of the business including but not limited to marketing, sales, client and customer relations, and website development.
You will conduct market research into areas of business expansion and sales, and be given the opportunity to analyse and report back your findings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Develop relationships with customers and build trust.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Stay up to date on product information and industry trends.
- Analyse sales data to identify areas of improvement.
- Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as sales advisor or other customer service/sales role.
- Working knowledge of computer systems and databases.
- Able to balance a customeroriented and a resultsdriven environment.
- Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints.
Flexible Internships Available:
- 612 weeks of work experience.
- Minimum 1020 hours per week.
- A blend of virtual and onsite hours can be offered.
- Customisable hours based around your studies.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£10.92-£13.00 per hour
