    Real Estate Account Handler

    • Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 (Experience-dependent) along with bonuses and the flexibility of hybrid work setup

    The Company:

    Join forces with a well-established independent insurance broker situated in the heart of London's City Centre. They are on the lookout for an Account Handler to strengthen their Real Estate division.

    This is your chance to be a part of a growing Chartered brokerage that provides a blend of remote and office work, an attractive remuneration package, and promising career advancement opportunities.

    The Role:

    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with real estate clientele and collaborating closely with an Account Executive. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet the distinctive needs of each client. Your objective is to ensure client contentment, manage the accounts effectively, and foster enduring business partnerships.

    You will be involved in thorough risk evaluations and analysis for real estate customers, recognizing potential risks and suggesting suitable insurance solutions. Additionally, you will work in conjunction with underwriters to discuss terms, conditions, and pricing for insurance policies that align with clients' requirements and financial plans.

    The Required Skills:

    • Prior experience in Real Estate or Commercial Property brokering is a must
    • Solid proficiency in IT, Communication, and relationship building
    • Effective negotiation abilities and a sound technical grasp of real estate insurance
    • Capacity to work proactively with a motivated approach
