We are delighted to be looking to add to our Glasgow Field Agent team

This role has become available due to company growth and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road and customer facing with fantastic attention to detail and can manage their own time.

You will be required to work independently after training, visiting properties to compile detailed reports of their condition and contents.

This is done on smart phone via a software app provided by Tay.

You will be responsible for collecting and handing over keys, managing your own diary while Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations as well as helping with property viewings.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

Carrying out Routine Property Inspections, Inventories and uploading reports via app on smart phone.
Hosting property viewings
Reporting any maintenance issues
Take supporting photos.
Deliver keys to clients, agents, and contractors, as necessary.
Take meter readings.
Key cutting
General daily administrative duties including updating necessary spreadsheets, etc

You must have a full clean drivers license.

Tay Letting will provide a company car and phone.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
