Role:
We are seeking a
Secretary/ Receptionist to work as a key part of the Office Management/ Housing Department, providing administrative, PA and customer service support to the business.
Prospects:
This role comes with very high prospects, with progression leading to property/ housing trainee management roles once proven.
Responsibilities:
The
Secretary/ Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Inbound call handling, screening an directing calls
- Repairs & maintenance call handling & scheduling
- Supporting the property management team with admin duties
- Chasing tenants for rent arrears
- Complaints & incidents handling
- Ensuring customer satisfaction rates are high
- Ensuring that the office environment is maintained and in a good condition
- Providing admin assistance to accounts team
- Undertaking marketing duties
- Updating property software
- Updating online lettings portals
- Diary management
Hours:
Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Stable career history.
- Previous property experience.
- Good telephone manner.
- Able to act professionally at all times.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Must be computer literate.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
Personal Specification:
- Excellent organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good knowledge and experience using the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- A willingness to 'muck in' and carry out a variety of tasks as necessitated by a small business
- The ability to work on own as well as taking direction from others but most importantly to manage their time effectively.
- Be keen to work in an office environment and be a part of a busy team.
