What you would do as our Head of TA - Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, DACH
You will drive the strategic & operational direction of Talent Acquisition (TA) in the allocated Country Cluster for Europe. You will lead on the new recruitment model, processes, resources and solutions to support the hiring needs of the business
Core Responsibilities:
- Translate the TA strategy into concrete actions, relevant for respective region/country/organization
- Lead & drive collaborative partnership behaviors across TA Europe and the wider TA Global community
- Contribute and support the new TA Transformation program across Europe
- Ensure continuous improvement of the TA service & lead TA projects or improvement initiatives (DE&I, interview training and brand awareness initiatives)
- Provide Hiring Manager & Business education; Governance around TA model adoption (supporting, defending & driving)
- Counsel Business and HRBPs for strategic workforce planning by providing relevant TA insights & data
- Ensure that the TA Operations Team have adequate access to tools & material to ensure they can provide End to End recruitment
Skills needed for this role:
- Extensive experience of leading Recruitment practices in a large matrix organisation
- Experience of working in an Internal or Outsourced Talent Acquisition environment
- Strong commercial acumen
- Knowledge and understanding of SLA driven partnerships
- Comfortable analysing data & performance measures
- Strong presenting and influencing skills
- Exceptional Stakeholder engagement
- Exposure to TA Change Management Programs comfortable with change & innovation
_As our common business language, fluency in spoken and written English is required (additional language skills are highly advantageous). An openness to flexibility and willingness to travel is required, as this role will involve significant travel within the EMEIA region._
