We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as the Assistant Director of Event Operations.
As the Assistant Director, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of our company's events, ensuring their seamless operation and success.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Event Operations in developing event strategies, objectives, and budgets.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of events and deliver exceptional experiences for attendees.
- Manage event timelines and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other external partners.
- Prepare and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring costeffective solutions.
- Supervise event staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Handle eventrelated inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in event management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous role as an Events Operations Manager needed
- Proven experience in event planning and operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in event management software and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends
