We are currently recruiting for a Medical Sales Coordinator, reporting to our Senior Marketing and Customer Care Manager.


The Medical Sales Coordinator role is a part of the Customer Care/ Inside Sales for the UK and Ireland, supporting the organisation to provide sales and customer care support through a series of activities directly linked to the retention and development of existing and potential customers.


The position works closely with a team of Medical Sales Co-ordinators and supports the field activities of the sales and training teams.

The role will also support other functions when required.

The role is varied and will support across our full product portfolio.

The work requires tight collaboration with the marketing and sales organisation.


As part of your daily work, you will have regular contact with internal stakeholders including the Marketing Manager, Management Team, Product Managers, Marketing Specialist, Tender Specialist, Sales Team, Finance, Customer Care, Service, and the Workshop.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with the Medical Sales Specialists to maintain, develop and grow Radiometer's business across UK and Ireland.
  • Manage and coordinate implementation projects for implementations, across all product lines in collaboration with internal teams and customers.
  • Develop and nurture longlasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Schedule appointments for sales, implementations, and training.
  • Schedule reviews, run reports and prepare customer reports.
  • Complete account calls.
  • Create new sales opportunities through proactive activities.
  • Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries.
  • Process sales enquiries.
  • Support marketing activities.
  • Maintain CRM quality.
  • Responsibilities will change based on the business requirement and directed by the Senior Marketing & Customer Care Manager.

  • Account management/ customer service experience.
  • IT proficient Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, communication platforms (MS Teams, Zoom).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft CRM is an advantage.
