We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Partner, MAT Development and Leadership Service to join our MAT development team.

Position:


The Role:


As Lead Partner you will provide a key role in the team delivering high quality services to our schools and academies.

You will support the growth and development of Schools, Academies and Multi-Academy Trusts through the delivery of proactive project management services, sharing information effectively, communicating clearly, and being productive and proactive by being engaged and motivated to deliver high quality projects.

You will play an active role in ensuring the MAT Development and Leadership service proactively supports the best interests of the schools and academies to achieve their objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Leading and participating in multidiscipline MAT Development projects, working closely with clients, other stakeholders, as well as collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business.
  • Constantly seeking to improve our services to support the school leaders with the delivery of complex MAT projects and Leadership development services.
  • Provide specialist hands on support and advice to CEO's, Headteachers, Directors, Trustees and Governors in relation to a wide range of MAT Development and Leadership issues. Provide business partnering and relationship management to key stakeholders. Partner with senior leaders to help them understand MAT Development and Leadership perspectives, enabling the schools to adopt a proactive and innovative role in these matters, establishing a firm base for the successful future development and growth.

Requirements:


To be successful

  • Previous experience in a similar project management role or working at a senior level within the education sector
  • Ability to manage the successful delivery of projects across the education sector.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of projects and subprojects, managing client and stakeholder expectations at all times and ensuring an appropriate balance between time, quality, cost and scope. Excellent relationship management and strong collaborative skills with a strong record in building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external partners.
