An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Complaints and Enquiries team, for two Complaints and Enquiries Officers to join the team in order to meet the demand of additional work the ICB will be taking on in 2023.


We are seeking an outgoing, confident, compassionate and committed individual to provide a high standard of customer care support to our patients and the public.

If you enjoy working with a wide range of people and can handle various tasks in an environment where no two days are the same, then this could be the opportunity you're looking for.


We are looking for an experienced customer service professional who can work well to deadlines within a constrained timeframe, and who can demonstrate the ability to prioritise their workload.


We need an individual to work alongside our directorates to ensure that complaints are manged within the statutory requirements and to support the delivery of high quality, transparent and compassionate responses to those who contact us.


The post holder will need to maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication at all times, and will be required to guide complainants/enquirers through the ICB's formal processes, this will involve keeping complainants updated throughout each stage of the investigation.
