Receptionist/Administrator
Signature recruitment have partnered with a sustainable and ethical travel company in the hunt for a Receptionist/Administrator.

Based out of their central Bristol office, you'll be working to provide administration and operational support to the People team.

Salary and Benefits:


  • Basic salary up to £26,93
  • Annual discretionary bonus up to 125% of monthly salary
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

What you'll be doing:


  • Being the first point of contact for employees, visitors and suppliers coming into the building
  • Note taking during weekly team meetings.
  • Managing supplies, making sure the reception and kitchen is well stocked for all members of staff.
  • Assisting with monthly invoices and supporting the people and development team
  • Liasing with building management and contractors

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a reception and administration based role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills
This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday-Friday 9-5:30. This role is based in the central Bristol area. For more information, please get in touch with Sara at Signature today
