Description

Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust are embarking on an exciting, leading edge HR System Transformation Programme.

This will maximise the use of HR system functionality and bring Integrated Identity Management with the linking to the Registration Authority Care Identity Service.

Cornwall IT Services will be working closely with HR on the project and delivering support of ESR and the new registration authority service.

Flexibility will be required as we move through the project and optimise ESR as the true staff identifier.

This may mean from time to time working face to face with stafffor RA or working within other Departments to deliver the transformation in the best way.

We also support home working which many of the team prefer.
