    The University istherefore seeking a highly qualified, technically expert and significantly experienced Executive Lead for Sustainable Campus Transformation, on a 2-year fixed-term basis.

    As a key member of the Universitys transformation programme leadership, the post holder will work holistically across the full range of University portfolios, projects and functions, connecting internal and external resources, expertise and insight to transform our approach and innovate in delivery of Strategy 2030s vision, missions and objectives.

    The Executive Lead for Sustainable Campus Transformation is a senior strategic role that will work closely with the Chief Officer (Resources) and Chief Operating Officer as well as with the Vice-Chancellor and wider members of the Executive Group.

    The Executive Lead for Sustainable Campus Transformation will significantly contribute to the design and delivery of innovation, integration and transformation framed by fundamental design principles of student-centricity, environmental responsibility and excellent value for money.

    The post holder will provide technical expertise, vision, strategy and planning to identify and deliver coherent, integrated solutions aligned with current and future strategic objectives.

    The post holder will have broad senior-level experience gained across a number of comparable portfolios and environments; will have an in-depth understanding of higher education policy, practice and current operating environments; and will have excellent interpersonal skills facilitating agile, mission-focused, matrix leadership that can deliver successful outcomes for internal and external stakeholders in a complex, multifaceted environment.

    With high levels of alignment to the Universitys values, vision and mission, the post holder will be a visible leader within the programme of innovation and transformation across the University, and will relish the opportunity to be actively involved in wider University life.
