    As an Events Executive, you will support the event team in managing a variety of corporate and private client events, including conferences, social events, charity events, meetings, and parties.

    With attention to detail, the ability to travel abroad, and exceptional communication skills, you can thrive in this dynamic role.

    Support the event team in the management of a variety of corporate and private client events, including conferences, social events, flagship charity events, smaller meetings, and private parties.

    Research suitable venues both in the UK and internationally to create unforgettable experiences.
    Assist in designing and preparing event proposals, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
    Contribute to pre-event logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
    Have the potential to be onsite, working hands-on to deliver successful events

    The Ideal Candidate:
    Possess a keen eye for detail and ensure every aspect of an event is flawlessly executed.
    Demonstrate the willingness and ability to travel for events, including internationally
    Thrive in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.
    Display a proactive and assertive attitude, taking initiative to tackle challenges head-on.
    Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    Enjoy the variety and fast-paced nature of events, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    Establish productive relationships with people at all organisational levels, displaying professionalism and diplomacy.
