    Customer Service Advisor

    at a Growing Company in Leeds

    Annual Salary: £23,900

    Our client is expanding and is in need of a Customer Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a long-standing, family-owned business that is currently experiencing growth. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing strong client relationships and assisting them with any concerns.

    The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and being comfortable handling various administrative duties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and portal
    • Proactively updating clients on their orders to ensure top-notch service
    • Coordinating with Logistics on order dispatch
    • Working closely with Sales Order Processing
    • Staying updated on product launches and promotions
    • Participating in meetings to enhance customer service
    • Developing relationships with Sales Reps to offer necessary support
    • Resolving issues promptly and maintaining customer communication

    Key Experience:

    • Self-motivated and ambitious
    • Excellent communication skills and adept at upselling
    • Prior experience in customer service
    • Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships
    • Proficient in IT

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • £23,900 annual salary
    • 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
