    Description


    We are thrilled to be supporting a leading organisation in finding an experienced Credit Controller to join the team based in Leeds.

    The company is an established and successful business which has seen considerable growth in recent years.


    Your role will include:
    Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting customer paymentsChecking the accuracy of sales invoices prior to submissionLiaising directly with customers to ensure payments are made promptly and according to agreed termsSetting up terms and conditions of creditMaintaining accurate customer informationProviding reports and updates to colleagues and management as requiredCash collection forecasting and achieving agreed targetsAllocation of cash to invoicesAccount reconciliations as requiredWorking towards achieving the company's KPIsIssuing legal letters as requiredRisk management, running credit checks as requiredReviewing and improving processes to ensure timely collection of cashDealing with client queries


    You will be:
    A Credit Controller with a passion for excellent customer serviceA professional and clear communicator, both written and verbalComfortable liaising with a range of customers and colleaguesAble to work effectively in a busy environment to achieve agreed targetsPersistent and proactive with an organised approachHigh standard of numeracy and accuracy, with excellent attention to detailProfessional in approach with a commitment to continuous improvement of processesIT confident in MS Office with good MS Excel skills.
