About me:

I have 7+ years experience in banking sector. I managed operations and sales in retail banking for my first job in HDFC bank. Later I was promoted to leadership position where I was responsible for generating revenue through portfolio management of financial products through leading a team of 12 relationship managers .In my job role I created & maintained sales performance plans, monitored sales efficiency matrices, identified opportunities for enhancing acquisition and improve customer experience . I also motivated and coached team continuously to improve sales skills and team effectiveness by setting budgeted monthly performance plan for the team to generate revenue and monitored, identified and analysed gaps in performance and met sales targets.

  From the implementation job I moved on to a strategic sales and marketing operation role in another bank where I was a part of a team where we made strategies to manage a project to launch Commercial cards and later took over formulation of strategies for business development and marketing of the card as well as implementing the plans working closely with stakeholders and sales team. To measure efficiency, I planned monthly budget and analysed gaps and was responsible to come up with different plans to minimize the gap between budgeted and actual performance .My key responsibility was to manage the lead cycle from prospecting customers to conversion along with managing data base and initiatives .With my experience in both field sales and sales and marketing operations, I would add value to my new organisation.My key learning from my experience is that relationship building and trust is the key to successful communication and performance.I would bring my positive attitude and team building skills to the table that would make a change in the workplace dynamic. My skills that would help me succeed are Strategic thinking, Resource management, conflict resolving ability and high emotional intelligence

Experience

  • Facilitate processes to Launch new credit card in the market through budget setting and monitoring, choosing market segment and closely working with software development team and the product team to develop product and launch campaigns.
  • Setting and maintain metrics report on marketing and sales activities for effectiveness 
  • Managing escalations for client relation and prepare contracts according to standards and maintaining operating efficiency level
  • Support to senior management like setting up meetings and other administrative activities
  • Define key performance metrics and targets and reports, dashboards, and other visualisations which synthesise data to share actionable insights with the team and senior management
  • Reviewing operational efficiency and identify process improvement and implement control to prevent risk
  •  Management of tableau software  for data analysis and generate appropriate reports for better communication , decision making and make recommendation.
  • Develop a customer focused strategy to increase spends on the card by analysing spends and cash backs to increase customer delight and improve business
  • Lead management tracking through CRM and sales force and using data for strategic decision and tactical planning to improve conversion  
  • Involved in internal communication and collaboration with other departments to help generate leads and improve decision making for senior management
