    Description

    Project Manager

    Company: Broster Buchanan is collaborating with a rapidly expanding security consultancy and managed services provider that evaluates and mitigates risks across digital, human, and physical domains.

    They are actively seeking an accomplished public sector Project Manager to join their team and oversee pivotal security projects for their prominent clients. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to continuous business growth, and given the clientele's profile, eligibility for DV clearance is essential.

    This role comes with a competitive salary ranging from £50k to £65k and a highly adaptable work schedule, including one day per week at their central London office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and nurture relationships with clients and their supply chain, involving sectors like civil society, media, and non-profit organizations
    • Demonstrate a keen interest in global politics to align client requirements effectively and achieve project objectives
    • Manage the financial, contractual, and logistical aspects of projects from inception to completion
    • Interpret client agreements and comprehend the commercial and legal obligations of each project for successful execution
    • Allocate project resources in line with requirements and budgets, leveraging internal staff and ensuring capabilities across various clients and projects
    • Oversee project operations adhering to the client's internal protocols and guidelines

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years' project management background, specifically within UK public sector projects. Prior exposure to security projects would be advantageous
    • Proficient in utilizing IT tools and systems for project, financial, and resource management
    • Capable of producing detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on project undertakings
    • Possession of a Project Management certification such as APMP or PRINCE2
    • Previous experience obtaining or being eligible to attain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance
