- Support the external sales team to ensure smooth handover of successful tenders to operations for execution.
- Prepare sales quotations from enquiry receipt to submission and follow up.
- Liaise with Sales Managers regarding bid compilation.
- Complete commercial conditions and other bid clarifications.
- Submit bids through client media systems.
- Support hand-over secured contracts to the execution team in line with company procedures.
- Report all work concisely, accurately and regularly as required by company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records as required by company procedures.
- Improve current tendering resources to improve accuracy, efficiencies and communication internally and to client.
- Engineering, Technial or Design related degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical ability.

- Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic with initiative and ambition in equal measures, able to demonstrate drive, commitment and desire to join a successful business and grow within it.
