To be based from our offices in Newton Abbot, if this sounds like your perfect fit, then read on for the fuller specification.

You will;

Develop website banner artwork and update all websites using Magento. Ensure content is current, refreshed regularly and fit for platform (desktop, mobile, tablet).
Create visual assets for all social media marketing, including paid search, in line with brand requirements.
Create designs across digital channels to support all marketing activity, and ensure all content is delivered on time and on brief.
Create visual assets for other offline media as required: flyers, association ads, programmes, parcel inserts, event merch etc.
Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines.
Assist the Senior Designer to produce catalogues, ensuring work is produced on time to meet print and distribution targets.
Assist with the planning and creative direction of photoshoots for product and lifestyle photography.
Carry out adhoc photography tasks e.g. shooting products for social content, inhouse photos for internal comms, macro shots of costumes for the website etc.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo and/or MailChimp (preferable).
Experience in catalogue design and use of plug ins.
Experience working with Magento
Videography and After Effects (preferable).
Product photography (preferable)
2+ years' design experience in a busy marketing department creating design collateral for multichannel campaigns for online and offline media.
Proactive, passionate with genuine creative flair.
